Our cancellation policy is as follows:
– in case of cancellation within three to two months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price;
– in case of cancellation within two to one month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price;
– in case of cancellation within one month before the start date, 90% of the agreed price;
– in case of cancellation on the day of the start date, 100% of the agreed price.
Making a reservation guarantees you a spot during your holiday. Please note that in the event of early departure (e.g., due to rain or unforeseen circumstances), the entire bill must be paid.
Tip: Check your own (travel) insurance in advance for the conditions for eligibility for reimbursement.
